HC upholds minority scholarship scheme

A huge snub to the Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, the Constitution Bench of Gujarat High Court has told the Modi government to implement the minority scholarship scheme. This was the scheme that the Modi government had discontinued after calling it discriminatory.
