The Supreme Court directed the Election Commission to conduct recounting as per the Rajasthan High Court's order and to let the Supreme Court know the number of votes cast in each candidate's favour. The matter will be heard only by the Supreme Court. Matter relates to last assembly election of Nathdware constituency in Rajasthan where CP Joshi of Congress lost the elections just by one vote and Kalyan Singh Chauhan of BJP had won the election.
