BJP returning to its Hindutva agenda

The BJP seems to be returning to its Hindutva agenda, that was the signal that the party president Rajnath Singh sent from the Maha Kumbh at Allahabad. At the all-important VHP steering committee meeting in Allahabad, Singh reiterated the party's belief in Maryada Purushottam Ram. He added that the BJP is committed to constructing a grand Ram temple at the disputed site in Ayodhya.
