Coal scam protest case: Court summons AAP members

Aam Aadmi Party members today appeared in court today to answer charges of breaching prohibitory orders in August last year. The members said that they would prefer going to jail, rather than apply for bail. The Aam Aadmi Party had tried to picket the houses of the Prime Minister and Congress president Sonia Gandhi in August over the CAG report on the coal scam. The police had used tear gas and water cannons to disperse them.
