Devendra Fadnavis was sworn-in as the chief minister of the first BJP government in Maharashtra at a gala public function at Wankhede stadium in Mumbai on Friday.
Maharashtra Governor C.V. Rao administered the oath of office and secrecy to Fadnavis, 44, at a ceremony in Wankhede Stadium witnessed by over 30,000 people.
