Madhu Koda aide Anil Bastawade in 10-day ED remand

Anil Bastawade, an aide of former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda, who is now in jail and is accused of money laundering, was on Thursday remanded to 10 days custody of Enforcement Directorate (ED) by a court. Earlier, a Ranchi court on Wednesday sent Bastawade, arrested in Jakarta Jan 21, to 14 days of judicial custody in the money-laundering case. The ED officials had said they will seek Bastawade's remand for interrogation. He is a close associate of Koda in the alleged money laundering case.
