JBT scam: Chautala supporters create ruckus outside court

Ruckus outside court ahead of Om Prakash Chautala sentencing, police had to resort to lathi charge and bursting teargas shells to disperse the mob. The Delhi Court will today pronounce its sentence against former Haryana Chief Minister O P Chautala, his son Ajay Chautala and 53 others guilty of illegally recruiting 3,206 junior basic trained teachers in the state in the year 2000. On 19th Jan, O P Chautala had urged the court that he be admitted to a certain upmarket private Gurgaon hospital for treatment while his son wants home food and clothes, besides permission to wear a gold chain in jail.
