A member of Koel Sankh Zonal Committee Prabhat Mochi suspected to be involved in the attack on CRPF personal in Latehar on Thursday nabbed by Jharkhand Police. The DGP has hinted at a Foreign hand in the act. Police claim that arrested naxal Mochi confessed his involvement in the crime. He also has said that the Jharkhand Bihar and North Chattisgarh cadre of the maoists had trained for 6 months in planting IED's in bodies, this was being done in dead goats and other animals.
