Fashion, nudity responsible for rapes: Abu Azmi

Now the Samajwadi party has come up with a bizarre comment on the rape cases across India. Samajwadi Party leader while speaking exclsuively to NewsX has said that RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat is right in his comments on rapes. Azmi said that Rapes do not occur in Bharat that is rural India. Azmi also holds fashion and nudity responsible for current situation.
