Cold wave continues to sweep Delhi

Today morning Delhi recorded temperature of 1 degree C. Yesterday the minimum had plummeted to 1.9 degree C, while on 4th Jan, 2.7 degree C was the minimum temp recorded. On 2nd Jan this year the national capital witnessed the coldest day in 44 years with maximum temp 9.8 deg C, minimum 4.8 deg C. Delhi had recorded 0.2 degree C in year 2006 which was the lowest in the past 12 years.
