Delhi gangrape: Juvenile could get off easily

The Delhi gangrape and murder case has brought attention to the need for sexual assault laws to be revised. A storm is also brewing on the need to look at the Juvenile Justice Act as the youngest of the accused, who claims to be a minor, was allegedly the most brutal assaulter in the case. He could get off lightly for want of stronger laws.
