The misgovernance of the judiciary is a matter of shame for all parties. No party has ever shored by India's failing judicial system. Improving courts is not an issue in any party's manifesto. No CM or central leader has championed better courts. But what is good for companies and rich corporates may not be within the grasp of the common man. They cannot afford what the companies can. But is that fair? Especially when it is justice we are talking about? Does that mean only the rich can order their share of justice by paying up and the poor are forever deprived of it?
