The 23 year old Delhi braveheart, who waged a grim battle for life for 13 days after her brutal gangrape in Delhi on December 16th, has passed away in Singapore. Doctors at the Mount Elizabeth Hospital said she died peacefully at around 2:15 am Indian time. Late last night the doctors had announced that her vital organs had failed. And that she was sinking fast. Mount Elizabeth Hospital Chief Executive Kelvin Loh said in a statement that her family members and representatives from the High Commission were at her side at the time of her death.
