Narendra Modi will be sworn in as Gujarat chief minister for the 4th time today. Party sources said apart from the BJP leadership, including veteran L.K. Advani, Sushma Swaraj and Arun Jaitley, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa and Raj Thackeray have also been invited for the swearing in. Modi returned to power in the assembly elections for a third time last Friday. His party got 115 seats, two short of its 117 tally of 2007, of the total 182 seats. The Congress managed 61 seats.
