Delhi gangrape: DCP was not present at hospital, claims police - NewsX

Delhi Police has rubbished the allegations. Police sources have told NewsX that the DCP was not present at the spot and that only a woman police officer was with the SDM while recording the statement. Presenting the whole situation in a different light, Delhi Police has claimed that it is the medical superintendent of the hospital who told the SDM that she should follow the family's wishes and only record the statement on paper, not camera.
