Chief minister designate Virbhadra Singh will take oath as the chief minister of Himachal Pradesh for the sixth time today. The swearing in is likely to take place at 10.40 am. Governor Urmilla Singh invited him to form the government yesterday. Virbhadra Singh met Sonia Gandhi in New Delhi on Sunday.Sources said that Sonia asked him to induct five ministers in the first round. The size of the cabinet will be expanded within a week. Virbhadra Singh has promised to create a regional balance and give due importance to all sections while inducting ministers.
