Russian President in Delhi for annual bilateral summit - NewsX

Russian President Vladimir Putin reached Delhi today, to a welcome in a city under siege. Putin has come for the annual India-Russia bilateral summit. Where both sides are expected to sign multi-billion dollar agreements in the fields of defence, trade, science, education and law enforcement. Putin will hold delegation-level talks with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at 11.30 am at the Hyderabad House, after which he will call on President Pranab Mukherjee at Rashtrapati Bhawan. Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj are also expected to meet him at the Rashtrapati Bhawan.
