Pollsters are expecting Himachal Pradesh to be the cliff-hanger. Although both the ruling BJP and the Congress say they will win easily. Polling for the state held on 4th November was a record 75 percent, political leaders say that a few BJP and Congress rebels could swing the fortunes of their respective parties. Interestingly the high turnout in both states has confused parties.
