The Supreme Court on Wednesday asked Swami Nithyananda to undergo potency test and dismissed his petition challenging Karnataka High Court's order.

The Karnataka High Court had on August 2 asked Swami Nithyanandato appear on August 6 at Victoria Hospital for a potency test.

Nithyananda was required to undergo a potency test as a follower accused him of raping her. The Ramanagaram court had summoned him on August 6 for the test. He also had to appear in the court last Monday but did not do so. The court issued a non-bailable warrant and fixed August 7 as the next date of hearing.
