Delhi gangrape: Accused to face attempt to murder charge - NewsX

The Delhi bus gang rape accused have been booked under 3 more charges, the added charges include that of attempt to murder, under section 307 of the IPC, destruction of evidence under section 201 of the IPC and an added charge of robbery, against the complaint of a man who boarded the same bus minutes before the gang rape. This passenger was robbed off his mobile phone, 7000 rupees cash and roughed up in the whiteline bus finally, the man dropped on a Delhi road just before the criminals set off on their hunt for others.
