Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday asked IT experts to step out of their rooms and travel across India to enhance their learning.While speaking at the inauguration of TCS Japan Tech and Cultural Academy in Tokyo, Modi said: "You will learn as much outside your rooms as you will learn inside them."
