Sheila Dikshit resigns as Kerala Governor

Sheila Dikshit on Tuesday resigned as Kerala Governor amid indications that she might be shunted out of the southern state.There have been reports that suggested that the former Delhi chief minister may be transferred to a state in the Northeast."I did what my heart said I should do," Dikshit said after resigning.
