Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy is appearing in court to answer questions about illegal donations. He is alleged to have illegally accepted donations from the richest woman in France to fund his 2007 election campaign. A judge will decide whether Sarkozy will be charged with taking advantage of the 90-year-old L'Oreal heiress, Liliane Bettencourt.
