More on the FDI heat for the Winter Session of Parliament starting on Friday. The BJP Parliamentary Board will meet today to fine tune its strategy to oppose FDI in retail in parliament. LK Advani will chair today's meeting. Reports suggest that while the party will support a no-trust motion if it is successfully introduced in Parliament, the main opposition is not convinced that this is the best tactic. BJP leaders are inclined to agree with the Left that a no-confidence motion will fail with regional players like Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party likely to bail out the government.
