The Congress party will move the Delhi High Court in the National Herald case on Wednesday. Party leaders Kapil Sibal and Abhishek Manu Singhvi are likely to be advocates in the case.Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Vice President Rahul Gandhi were summoned last month after BJP leader Subramanian Swamy filed a complaint accusing them of cheating and misappropriation of funds in acquiring ownership of now-defunct daily National Herald.
