Around 2 lakh investors who were duped by a couple in Delhi of nearly 500 crore rupees can hope to recover their losses. The Delhi Police has arrested Ulhas Khare and Raksha Urs, who were running an investment company Stock Guru and had been on the run for the 18 months. The police say the couple have a long track record of fraud which started with credit cards but now there are thousands of cases against in Madhya Pradesh, Sikkhim and Rajasthan apart from Delhi.
