At least 20 children were killed and over a dozen injured on Thursday after a passenger train rammed into their school bus at an unmanned railway crossing in Telangana's Medak district, officials said. There are apprehensions that the death toll could rise further.There were at least 40 children on the bus belonging to the Kakatiya Techno School. The bus was dragged several hundred metres down the tracks. Mangled remains of the bus and the bodies of the children could be seen near the tracks.
