SC issues notice to Mamata

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's decision to appoint Dr Sukumar Mukherjee as Chief Advisor to the Health Department has not gone down well. The Supreme Court issued a notice to Mamata on why she should not be made party to a Public Interest Litigation.
