Amit Shah gets promoted to 'Z-plus' security cover

Home Minister Rajnath Singh has ordered the CRPF to give Z-plus security to Amit Shah, BJP general secretary, and party incharge for Uttar Pradesh who is also speculated to become the party's next president. A few other top Sangh Parivar leaders, including RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, could also be soon upgraded to security cover from a central armed police force, according to home ministry sources.
