Proceedings of the Jammu & Kashmir Assembly were disrupted for a short while due to three unruly youth... who entered the well of the House demanding the implementation of an employment policy. Another incident of ruckus in a state assembly. This time in Jammu and Kashmir.. The house was shamed after three men jumped into the well sparking chaos. They waved flags & raised slogans demanding implementation of state's employment policy. The men carried passes to the visitors gallery on the recommendation of Jagdeesh Sapolia, an MLA of JKDF who was expelled from the BJP some six yrs ago.. However, in the Assembly records, he is still registered as a BJP member..
