Goa PWD minister calls for a ban on pubs, bikinis

A day after the Goa Public Works Department (PWD) Minister Sudin Dhavalikar voiced his disapproval over the young girls wearing short skirts in clubs, on Tuesday, he again made obnoxious comments by saying that 'bikini culture' should be banned in the state.
