Aligarh: Girl commits suicide after being scolded by Principal - NewsX

A girl committed suicide after her teacher and parents scolded her for bringing a mobile phone to school. Sudha, a student of Class XI, was scolded by her teacher. The teacher later called her father and handed the phone to him. He scolded his daughter for breaking rules of the school as phones are not allowed inside. Later in the day, Sudha's sister realised that the former was missing from the school. The college administration and Sudha's parents began searching for her. On Friday morning, when the school opened, Sudha's body was found hanging from a tree in the college compound. Police said the available evidences prove that Sudha committed suicide after being scolded by her teacher and father.
