The Coal Scam is set to cause further embarrassment for the Congress and the UPA Government. Sources telling 'The Sunday Guardian' that the CBI is set to arrest former Minister of State for Coal, Santosh Bagrodia. Remember, it was NewsX which had exposed how Bagrodia knew about false declarations made by the Abhijeet Group in their bid to corner coal blocks in 2008. Despite this knowledge, Bagrodia had chosen not to act against the Abhijeet Group, which was subsequently allocated a coal block.
