Anna's decision to snap ties shocking: Kejriwal - NewsX

It's official. Social crusader Anna Hazare and his one-time protege Arvind Kejriwal have parted ways. The anti-graft poster hero Anna Hazare has Completely distanced himself from Kejriwal's political ambitions. Anna spelt out that he will not allow his name or photograph to be used by any political party including Kejriwal's. He also denied being part of any election process. For the first time, Anna himself dwelt on talk of a split in Team Anna, saying it was unfortunate and was something that he had been avoiding for the past 2 years. A vote among 40 members of the IAC, brought out that 36 members wanted to take the political route. Anna Hazare, Kiran Bedi and Santosh Hegde stood isolated.
