Debashish Saha, a twenty-eight year-old engineer working in an IT firm in New Jersey and his wife Pamela allege that their 11-month-old child Indrashish fell from the bed and had to be rushed to hospital. While the child was operated and was being treated for head injuries in the hospital, the authorities declared that the child will be in their care until they are satisfied about reasons furnished by the parents. The Saha's have been given limited access to their child by US child care authorities.
