Court orders FIR against 13 cops in rape case

After more than 50 days and a rap on the knuckles by a court of law, the UP police filed an FIR and ordered a probe into alleged charges of rape, loot and physical assault against a police inspector and 13 constables of Phulpur police station in the district.
