Fareed Zakaria is back in business. Time magazine and CNN, both owned by Time Warner, said Thursday they were reinstating the 48-year-old Indian-American journalist after suspending him last week for borrowing from an April New Yorker essay about gun control in a column he wrote for the magazine.
