After his ignominious defeat in Hisar Lok Sabha constituency, Kuldeep Bishnoi, son of former Haryana chief minister Bhajan Lal, has resigned as president of the Haryana Janhit Congress (BL) while his wife Renuka Bishnoi quit as an MLA.Bishnoi, who was seeking re-election fom Hisar constituency, was defeated by Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) candidate Dushyant Chautala, grandson of party supremo Om Prakash Chautala and son of Ajay Singh Chautala, both of whom are currently lodged in Tihar Jail after their conviction in the JBT recruitment scam.
