The BSP may have got a replacement for the decapitated statue of their leader in Lucknow. But there is bigger trouble brewing for party leaders associated with building her memorials. The Uttar Pradesh Lokayukta has started a probe into the alleged irregularities in the construction. Time now for the BSP to answer some tough questions, even the Lokayukta is turning on the heat with Mayawati's memorials. Especially those party leaders and officials connected, linked to the Housing Development Board, the Public Works department and the department of Culture.
