Mahapanchayat on female foeticide to be held in Haryana - NewsX

A Mahapanchayat on female foeticide and related issues will be held today in Bibipur village in Jind district of Haryana where males far outnumber females. Several khaps or caste councils from Haryana and neighbouring Uttar Pradesh and Delhi will take part in the Mahapanchayat, Bibipur village Sarpanch said. Other issues pertaining to women will also be discuss.
