Bihar: Low intensity blast at Madhubani a day before polls

A low intensity bomb exploded Madhubani in Bihar on Tuesday, leaving person dead. Two others were injured in the blast. The bomb was attached with a battery. The explosion comes just a day before the Madhubani seat goes to polls.
