After the whopping petrol price hike of over 7.54 paise last month a second reduction in prices for the consumer. Oil marketing companies are cutting petrol prices by Rs.2.46 to Rs 3.22 per litre from midnight. In Delhi, the price cut will be Rs. 2.46 per litre. The decrease in other states will vary on the VAT or sales tax. In Delhi, the revised price would be Rs. 67.78, in Mumbai it will be Rs. 73.35 while in Chennai it would be Rs. 72.27.
