CPM leader Prosenjit quits over support to Pranab - NewsX

Prosenjit Bose, one of most prominent among the CPM's younger leaders, resigned from the party over the decision to support Pranab Mukherjee. He termed the decision of de-linking support to Mukherjee from the policy issues as nothing but "sheer hypocrisy and doublespeak". His resignation letter is a scathing attack on the party leadership of the party for a host of reasons. "I consider the step to be a grave error, which will harm the Party and disturb Left unity." He argued the leadership has committed mistake after mistake since 2007.
