NewsX@9 is a NewsX special show which debates the main news event of the day. Here we take the news of water crisis in Delhi. Politics over water has intensified and this time it's Congress versus Congress, as the governments of Delhi and Haryana squabble over water. A meeting of the two chief ministers failed to end the dispute and the bickering now continues. Caught in the middle of all this is the common man who is paying the price for poor water preservation and management policies and poorer implementation of the law.
