The Congress seems to be playing the secular card in its attempts to come to power in 2014. After Defence Minister AK Antony, now Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia too has said that the Congress will win the 2014 elections and form the next government at the Centre with the help of other secular parties.
Scindia has also dismissed reports of any dissent within the Congress, saying there is as much dissent in the Bharatiya Janata Party as in the Congress.
