In a further snub to the PM, the DMK President M Karunanidhi, will not be attending too. The dinner is being hosted by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for the leaders of UPA constituents and MPs and instead DMK's Parliamentary Party Leader TR Baalu would represent the party.
