The Patiala house court has given relief to RCB player Luke. He was granted bail on 2 sureties of Rs 30,000 each. Luke has been told to surrender his passport. After examining the CCTV footage, the court has also dropped charges of trespassing against Luke. Court ruled that Luke was not an intruder into Zohal's room...but the other charges of molestation remains...Luke has been told to cooperate with the investigation of the case...The CCTV footage shown to the judge reveals that 3 men and a woman going inside a hotel room. It also shows two men standing outside the room and one of them is Luke Pomersbach.
