Hizbul poster in Kishtwar warn locals to return money - NewsX

Posters put up by terrorist outfit in Kashmir, not a call for poll boycott or support of a strike, but in desperation to collect money, as the Hizbul Mujahideen's coffers look dry. The group has pasted posters in the Kishtwar region of Jammu, asking locals who have borrowed money from them, to return it or face consequences. The poster was seen in the Kishtwar jama Masjid after last Friday's prayers. Local sources say the outfit may have lent money to some locals in the past, but was finding it hard to recover the same. The police in Kishtwar however feel, the poster can be a prank.
