Chisti to return home.SC allows Chisti to return to Pakistan. Permission for Chisty to visit Pakistan comes as added relief after the bail granted to him in the murder case. The court also said it might expedite hearing of his appeal challenging Rajasthan HC verdict upholding his conviction in the murder case. The judge even said that the court may take up the appeal in October or November. And now, Sarabjit Singh's family is hoping that Pakistan govt will also allow Sarabjeet to return to India, he is in a prison in Pakistan.
