The mystery surrounding the death of RTI activist Ravinder Balwani is deepening. His friends and family refuse to buy the police argument that he died in a hit and run accident in the Vasant Kunj area of Delhi on 23rd April. Police say there are no eye-witnesses to the incident. But an account provided by the deceased's son contradicts the claim. The fact that the incident occurred in front of a market lends credence to the claims. Also, the 40 minute delay in reaching the injured Balwani to AIIMS trauma centre is difficult to explain.
